I am always willing to hold lectures, courses or
seminars, wherever I am invited. Most convenient,
though, it is to gather in my studio in Giv’at Ada,
amidst a green organic garden with a pastoral view.

One should try to consider the whole in
whatever
one indulges
and refrain from treating
separate detail.
This is the essence of any holistic approach and
it requires good listening and sharp senses.
In order to develop those traits we
have to maintain
Sensitivity to the Unseen and Compassion without Judgment towards the student.
During the courses, therefore, collaboration with one another
and
some “stripping” of the students is required.
Practice starts with the first session: Participants learn how to
diagnose and make appropriate suggestions to each other,
applying the "5 Transformations" & "Nine star Qi" techniques.
Discretion and openness to your fellow men & women are
the “entry exam”
to this kind of studies.
“Homework” will also be required in order to
assimilate the studied material
between lessons.

1. Food for thought (Introduction to
Macrobiotics): 90 hours,
extension to a second year possible.
The Order of the Universe, as seen by Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Yin \Yang and the Five Transformations.
Characterizing the body organs and systems by Yin \Yang.
(Liver\Gall
Bladder, Heart\Small Intestine, Stomach\Pancreas, etc.)
Yin \Yang and Acid \ Alkaline in the Digestive Tract.
Types of food according to Energy, Yin \Yang and Acid \ Alkaline.
Nutrition values: Carbohydrates, Fats, Proteins, Vitamins, Minerals,
Enzymes, etc.
Digestion of the above and the body’s ability to assimilate them with the
help of other nutrients.
Lack of Calcium, B-12 and others.

Composing a personal Questionnaire to a client, as preparation for a second year of study.
The first 15 minutes of every lesson, in all the
courses, will be dedicated to
a Physical (Breathing, Posture, etc.) or
Energetic (Meditation…) Exercise.
The 2nd year’s studies will deepen & widen what has been studied during the
first one,
in addition to
Practicing Alternative Counseling in Psychological Problems,
applying
Chinese Astrology and The Book of Changes (I Ching).
The studies will include Practice-consultations amongst the students and
outside volunteers.
2. Lessons in understanding the present
140 hours
These include an in-depth study of the book by that name (not translated
into English, yet).
